Returns Policy:

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all packaging.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, we can issue store credit or a refund.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
